This Privacy Policy and Notice explains how personal data collected through the venn-idc.com website (the “Site”), operated by Venn Industrial Design Consultancy (“Venn”, “we”), is processed under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable data protection principles.

2. Personal Data We Process
If you complete the contact or career application forms on the Site, we process the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number (if you provide it)
- Message / request content
- For career applications, your portfolio or CV link and the information you share within it
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your contact requests, to evaluate job applications and run application processes, and to communicate with you about the services you request.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and/or your explicit consent.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, through the forms on the Site.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
The data you submit through the forms reaches us via third-party service providers that handle form delivery and email notification (form infrastructure and email service). These providers’ servers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK and on the basis of your explicit consent.
Except for legal obligations, your data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Cookies and Visitor Statistics
The Site does not use advertising, profiling or personal-tracking cookies or tracking technologies. For this reason, no cookie-consent mechanism is required on the Site.
To measure the number of visits and general traffic trends, the Site uses a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service. This service does not create a persistent identifier or cookie that identifies visitors; it produces only aggregate, anonymous statistics. A visitor’s IP address is processed only momentarily in this context, anonymised and not stored.
External content embedded on the Site, such as the map, is likewise provided through cookieless services.
9. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights at any time:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction if the data is processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure or destruction of the data
- To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
