driVenn Cohort is a graduation-projects mentorship program that brings together 4–5 final-year students from different universities within one shared process. Our aim is to guide them in combining their academic knowledge with industrial reality and maturing their ideas through a professional design process that spans concept to production.
Throughout the process, each student receives input and guidance from three distinct sources: Venn’s in-house design expertise, mentors from various disciplines in Venn’s expert pool, and driVenn alumni who have completed the program before. This multi-perspective structure lets students look at their project from both industry and academic angles.
driVenn is an inclusive learning environment. Students from different schools learn not only from their mentors but also from one another, observing the processes, approaches and design cultures of different universities up close. In this way the graduation project becomes more than an individual effort — a shared experience of creation and exchange.
