This humanoid robot, for which we developed the industrial design for Milvus, performs guidance and information services while displaying advertisements in environments such as airports and exhibition centers. A design style was developed to balance Milvus' industrial identity with the human-like language of B2C robots, while production methods suitable for low-volume manufacturing were preferred.
