Upu.tower, for which we carried out the industrial design for Upu.io, is an edge device of a cloud-based IoT platform that delivers end-to-end intelligent manufacturing solutions for factories. While providing occupational safety alerts through its modern lighting, it also collects data from the connected machine and enables the creation of a digital twin of the factory. This minimal tower we designed can be mounted on both legacy and next-generation machines.
